I’ve been suffering from terrible comment spam on this blog (which seems unfair really as it has few enough readers!) and a friend reminded me about Akismet, so I switched it on on Friday afternoon and when checking it today, discovered that it’s nabbed 125 spam comments in 2 1/2 days. Now that’s impressive. Not to mention a great relief! How is this creative, I hear you ask? Well, it frees up time otherwise spent manually deleting said spam to do more interesting things!
